How do I place an order? Call us, place your order on-line, fax the order or visit our showroom in Charlotte, NC. On-line is the fastest and easiest. - Choose your item from our web site. - Then follow the directions after clicking the "place order" tab at the bottom of each item. - We will fax or email an order acknowledgment for you to approve, sign and send back to Logo'd Gear before we will start your order. - We will need to have your logo and the colors you want to be imprinted or embroidered. - We always provide artwork or sewout (embroidery) proofs on each order.
Do you sell garments, bags, hats etc... without embroidery or screen printing (blank)? YES.
Is there a minimum purchase required? No for embroidery. Yes for screen printing: 24 pcs. Yes for promotional products. Each manufacturer has specific minimums for each product.
When will I receive my order? It is dependent on production scheduling at the time you place your order. We guarantee to meet all stated In Hands Dates given prior to placing your order. - As a general rule: Your embroidery order will ship approximately 2 weeks after your order acknowledgment is signed and your sewout is approved. - Your screen printing order will ship approximately 2 weeks after your order acknowledgment is signed. - Your promotional product order will ship approximately 2 - 3 weeks after your order acknowledgment is signed.
Sample policy? We charge for all samples. Client may be reimbursed for sample cost if client places an order within 7 days of receiving the sample.
Payment terms? New customers: 50% at time order is placed. Remainder is due at delivery or pick up of products. Net 10 terms can be attained after credit application approval. We take Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express. There will be a $120 fee charged for all returned checks.
What kind of artwork do I need and how do I submit it? We accept electronic artwork of high resolution: 300 dpi at imprint size. Internet graphics are not acceptable. Please email to customerservice@logodgear.com
What type artwork formats are acceptable? Embroidery: .jpg .crd .pdf .eps .ai All other forms of imprinting: vector artwork is required .eps .ai .pdf
What is your return policy? Due to the uniqueness of every product we produce, we cannot take back product that has be imprinted or embroidered with a logo or any other mark. All imprinting is guaranteed and defective product will be replaced or credited.
